Journal Publication

A special issue of the following journals will be dedicated to the conference. The paper selection and review process will be managed by three guest editors: Prof. Kap Hwan Kim (Pusan National University, Korea), Prof. Qiang Meng (National University of Singapore, Singapore), and Prof. Tsung-Sheng Chang (National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan).

• Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review (TRE)
• International Journal of Operational Research (IJOR)

 

For the first-round selection process, the guest editors will identify outstanding conference papers based on their camera-ready version due on August 15, 2016. After the specified enhancement and/or extension is made, the corresponding authors of the selected papers will submit their manuscripts for the subsequent review process managed by the guest editors based on the standard consistent with that of the regular issues.
 

The special issue review process is expected to follow the timeline below.

• Submission Period: October 16th - December 15th, 2016
• Review and Revision Period: December 16th, 2016 - September 15th, 2017
• Final Decision Deadline: September 30th, 2017
